Applicant privacy.
We collect your name, email, mobile number, city, role preference, relevant experience, availability and self-reported qualification status to review your application and contact you about recruitment. Submission records include the date, notice version and source of the application.
Only authorized recruiting administrators can read the full application and internal review notes. Your verified application email gives you access to your status and applicant conversation. We also retain messages you send our recruiting team. Venues, other applicants and other Hosts cannot see your application.
Do not provide Social Security numbers, bank details, identity documents, fingerprint results, background reports, medical information or identifiable information about children. We do not collect those through this form. Employment and payroll providers may collect necessary information separately through their secure processes.
Submitting this form is not consent to a background report, automated marketing or an employment contract. Any screening that requires disclosure and authorization is a separate step. A person reviews recruiting decisions.
Anti-abuse controls use a short-lived hashed identifier derived from a trusted network address where configured, or your application email. The raw network address is not saved in the application. Our policy is to retain recruiting records for at least four years after creation or receipt, and longer where a legal hold or applicable employment-record rule requires it. Withdrawal stops recruiting on that application; it does not immediately delete legally retained records. We do not sell applicant information or use it to target ads.
Request a correction or an accommodation at info@getsasna.com. You can withdraw an application from your private dashboard before a staff account is created. Contact our team about any employment changes after onboarding begins. Our hosting, database and messaging providers process the information needed to operate this service; payroll and screening are separate services, with their own notices before any additional collection.
