Clear terms for using getsasna.com.
These Website Terms cover browsing getsasna.com and using its family, venue-request, application and session-access tools. Separate participation, venue, employment and event agreements apply where indicated.
1. Agreement and scope
By using this website, you agree to these limited Website Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These Website Terms do not replace a Parent Participation Agreement, venue agreement, employment document or event proposal. When a separate agreement applies, it controls the subject it covers.
2. Requests are not confirmed bookings
A venue request, restaurant nomination, updates submission or job application starts a review; it does not confirm a session, reserve capacity, create employment or require either party to proceed. A family reservation exists only after SASNA displays the final session details and receives the required confirmation and, when enabled, payment.
3. Family accounts and session participation
An adult must provide accurate, current information, protect their sign-in and pickup code, and tell SASNA promptly about unauthorized access or a material change in a child’s safety information. SASNA sessions are for the age range and participation requirements shown on the live session page. At restaurant and event sessions, the responsible adult remains on the same premises, within eyesight of their child and reachable throughout the visit. SASNA is not a drop-off service.
4. Prices, payments and changes
The live session page displays the price, visit length and material restrictions before confirmation. Any payment, cancellation, extension, late-pickup or refund terms shown during that booking or in the applicable participation agreement become part of the reservation. Do not rely on an old screenshot, proposal or sample price for a different session.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to impersonate someone, submit false safety or pickup information, access another person’s records, test or bypass security controls, interfere with service, scrape protected data, upload harmful material or use SASNA branding without permission. SASNA may restrict access, preserve records and report activity when reasonably needed to protect children, families, staff, venues or the service.
6. Website content and availability
SASNA owns or licenses the website content, software, designs and marks. You may use the site for its intended personal or business request purpose, but may not copy, sell or publish protected material without permission. We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but public information can change and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Safety-critical directions from the on-site Lead Host take priority over general website copy.
7. Third-party services
The site may use or link to service providers for hosting, communications, maps, payments, screening or other operations. Their own terms may apply when you interact directly with them. SASNA is not responsible for an unrelated third-party website simply because this site links to it.
8. Changes and contact
