SASNA provides resilience-planning information. It is not an emergency service and does not guarantee that a person or property will be safe, insurable, code-compliant or operational during an event.

Planning service only

Digital results, scores, estimates and recommendations are preliminary planning aids based on available information and user inputs. They are not a real-estate home inspection, engineering opinion, code or permit review, insurance inspection, appraisal, environmental test, security certification or construction proposal.

Professional and emergency decisions

Structural, electrical, plumbing, fire/life-safety, environmental, medical, legal, insurance and construction decisions must be made with the appropriately licensed or qualified professional and applicable authority. For immediate danger, contact 911, the utility or the responsible emergency authority.

User responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, have authority to submit the property, avoid uploading information you lack permission to share, and independently verify recommendations before acting. Do not enter restricted facilities or perform unsafe testing because of a SASNA result.

No construction offer

Unless a later written agreement expressly states otherwise and all licensing requirements are satisfied, SASNA does not contract to install, repair, alter or construct improvements. Independent professionals and contractors are responsible for their own work.

Availability and third-party data

Public and third-party sources may be unavailable, delayed or inaccurate. SASNA may mark information unknown or require field and professional verification. We may modify or discontinue beta features.
