Information we collect

We may collect your name, email, telephone number, property address, household and property details you choose to provide, application acknowledgments, communications, photographs you authorize, assessment observations, device and basic request-security information.

How we use it

We use information to verify addresses, evaluate pilot eligibility, schedule and perform authorized assessments, prepare reports, maintain property records, communicate about requested services, prevent abuse and improve the SASNA assessment process.

Property information and photographs

Property records and photographs can reveal sensitive details about a home. SASNA does not sell them. We limit access to personnel and service providers who need the information for the requested service. Photograph permission may be withdrawn before a visit; already-created records may be retained where reasonably necessary for contractual, safety, security or legal purposes.

Service providers and public sources

We may use hosting, database, email, mapping, public-record, hazard-data and security providers. Some property and hazard information comes from public government or third-party sources and may be incomplete or outdated.

Retention and security

We retain application and assessment records only as reasonably needed for the pilot, customer service, operational records and legal obligations. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, subject to verification and lawful retention exceptions, by emailing info@getsasna.com. SASNA does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children and changes

The service is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the pilot develops and will revise the effective date when material changes are made.
