Safety comes first.

At restaurants and events, every parent confirms they’ll remain on the venue premises and reachable for the entire visit. SASNA is not a drop-off service.

Children are released only to an adult on the family’s pickup list who presents the PIN or checkout code. A mismatch can’t be overridden by a Host; it goes to the Lead Host.

SASNA tracks every Host’s background check, CPR and First Aid, and SASNA training. Someone with a missing or expired requirement can’t be scheduled.

Hosts see allergy and safety notes for the children in their session and confirm they reviewed them at check-in.

Hosts confirm every child by name throughout the session. Every headcount is recorded.

Reports are factual, reviewed by the Lead Host, and can’t be edited afterward. Corrections are added as notes.

We collect only what’s needed to keep children safe. We never sell data or use it for advertising. Children never have accounts. Venues see totals only.
