A venue QR is planned to open the correct SASNA session on a parent’s phone. Families review the visit details, register and receive a private pickup code. Children take part in creative, age-aware activities while the responsible adult stays nearby at the same venue.
Visits are planned for roughly 60–90 minutes and never more than two hours. Availability will depend on qualified staffing, approved sites and real-time capacity. SASNA is not advertising drop-off childcare or a permanent childcare facility.
Restaurants, planners and event venues
SASNA is also building relationships with Bay Area restaurants, breweries, wedding professionals and private-event venues. A venue request starts a conversation and site review; it does not create an automatic booking.
