Can I leave the venue?
No. A parent or responsible adult remains on the same premises and reachable for the entire visit, at restaurants and events.
What ages can join?
SASNA sessions are designed for children ages 3–10. The live session page shows any additional participation requirements.
How long can a child stay?
Most visits are planned for 60–90 minutes. The maximum stay is two hours, and the exact pickup-by time remains visible in My visit.
How do check-in and pickup work?
The venue QR opens the correct session. The Lead Host confirms the booking at arrival. Pickup requires an authorized adult and the family’s private code.
How much does it cost?
Pricing can vary by session and venue. The final amount and visit length are shown before you reserve; there is no surprise timer charge.
Can a restaurant or event book SASNA?
Yes. Restaurants, cafés, event planners, companies and private event hosts can request one date or a recurring series. A request is confirmed only after site and staffing review.
